MOT Type 3 granite is a high-quality sub-base material made primarily from crushed granite, conforming to the Type 3 specification in the UK for unbound granular sub-base. Unlike Type 1, it is free from fines (dust or smaller particles), making it highly permeable and ideal for use in SuDS-compliant (Sustainable Drainage Systems) construction.
